"Jordan is THE Billiard Man, enough said. He loves what he does, he is competitively priced and his work was excellent. He went the extra mile and filled me in on what to look for and look out for in my purchase. And most importantly, he was personable and that is especially important when setting up a table in your home. Thanks man, love the table and it is more level than any table I’ve ever played!" - Michael O.
"I had Jordan move a pool table for me. My experience with him was excellent. He answered my message quickly and was very accommodating to my special scheduling needs. He was very professional and friendly and completed the work in a very timely manner. His cost was very reasonable. I am having him come back to do so additional work for me." - Carmen F.
"Great job, went the extra mile." - Phil G.
"The Billiard Man was contacted one day after I placed a deposit within a prospective pool table seller. Having played pool most of my life, I was aware immediately, after our initial conversation that Jordan was well versed in what was necessary to move and setup a pool table. We met the seller’s house at noon on the 28th of May. I arrived about 5 minutes late to find that the pool man had already measured and evaluated what was necessary to move the table. The table in requisition is a pro eight approximately 50-60 years old with a 3 piece 1" thick Italian slate with leather drop pockets, and a green felt in reasonably good condition. Not once did the Billiard Man try to sell me anything, quite the contrary. He made me aware at each step what was going on and what would take place. The initial dis assembly and move took less than one hour. Upon arrival at our new home, piece by piece the table was carefully brought into our home and assembled. Not one step was excluded or short changed. Throughout the setup process Jordan and his associate Eric meticulously cleaned, centered and leveled, not with a household level but one that would show the thickness of a piece of paper. Much to his surprise, the table did not need leveling. He said that this was only the second time he didn't have to level a table. I asked why, his answer was not that the floor was level, but the quality of the table was excellent. Back tracking for a moment, when I arrived at the seller's house Jordan asked me if I was sure that I wanted to purchase the table because if I didn't he would buy it. This just reaffirmed what I already knew, this was a good deal, and we had chosen the right person for the job. One more point, this is not a part time job for the Billiard Man, this is his full time profession and professional he is. My thanks to the billiard man as the table plays great, and looks great. Yes!" - Kathie Blake
